ECCO Grants Administration was created in 2018, after our partner Georgia State University contacted us to help address an administrative challenge. At the time, bottlenecks caused by the use of outdated software to update information was hampering progress and severely limiting productivity.
It became clear that a new solution was necessary.
These conversations revealed common frustrations: data reporting takes too much time and too much energy.
ECCO Grants Administration responded with the creation of a brand-new package that incorporated the requirements specified by the federal government– these were specific, technical, fiduciary requirements.
Through consultation with Georgia State University, Prospectus was able to design and implement an effective Grants Administration package. This package automated the complex requirements, thus reducing errors and speeding up the process. The result was a simplified and more successful outcome.
