Evaluation Services

Prospectus Group now offers full-scale evaluation services for prevention systems and other entities, with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Evaluation services are accessible via the full ECCO platform or may be used as stand-alone products within ECCO.

  • Collect process-level data via the ECCO platform detailing your programs, participants, and reach, culminating in easy-to-read charts and tables.

  • Real-time data visualization and statistics

  • Watch your charts and statistical results change in vivo as participants submit surveys. For pre/post intervention surveys, ECCO provides statistical analyses of data providing you with instant access to results. Easily download charts for presentations and reports.

  • Electronic surveys to measure quantitative outcomes and collect stakeholder feedback

  • Disseminate surveys with ease via electronic links and QR codes. Surveys are compatible across devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones.

Our Team

High quality research is not an accident…

Prospectus staff have decades of experience in prevention, and have served significant roles in statewide evaluation initiatives. Our team is led by Benjamin Gleason, PhD, an expert in qualitative research methodology, and Megan O. Smith, MPH, an expert in large-scale, mixed-method evaluation efforts. Dr. Gleason, former tenured professor, has published over 20 peer-reviewed research articles that leverage his expertise in qualitative methods. Smith’s state-level evaluation of prevention programs has included Prevention Clubhouses, GenRx, SPF Rx, and the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant. She has experience working with a plethora of stakeholders including those working with state agencies, universities, K-12 schools, and local non-profits, as well as youth participants engaged in prevention programs.
